Co-founder of Mantias (ETH Zürich spin-off). Senior Researcher at KOF, ETH Zürich. Ph.D. in Economics and Data Science from IMT Lucca.

I study pharmaceutical supply chains: who manufactures what, where, for whom, and what happens when part of that network fails. Most of my academic work uses network science, machine learning and econometrics to map and understand vulnerabilities in these systems, from concentration risk to the effects of trade disruptions on medicine availability. This research has been published in Science, Science Advances, Research Policy, and other journals.

As part of my the research, I kept developing tools and methods to model these complex supply networks. That work became Mantias.
